Information On Microsoft Power Point Presentations

Visit the Office Update web site (http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/) to download Office 97. If you choose not to download the software, or if your current version of Office cannot support the 97 release, you can view documents created in MS Power Point by downloading the appropriate viewer from the Office Update web site.

To view Microsoft Power Point 97 Presentations
Go To: http://officeupdate.microsoft.com/downloadCatalog/dldPowerPoint.asp

1. Scroll down to the free downloads under "Power Point"
2. Select the correct Power Point 97 Viewer version for your computer and save it to your desktop
3.Close all open applications and double click on the PPT icon located on your desktop
4. Your computer will do the installation, then restart it

NOTE: if Power Point presentations open in the work area of
the Power Point program, go to VIEW > SLIDE SHOW
